I believe that within each of us is a deep desire to live a life filled with peace, acceptance, joy, and purpose. However, the worry about the unknown future or stress from the past can sometimes interfere with connecting to that inner peace. I am a Licensed Counselor, an Accredited, Certified EFT Practitioner, and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Therapy, yoga, and tapping have been a wellness trifecta in my life, and I take great care in combining these techniques to best serve my clients—many of whom find this approach more beneficial than traditional talk therapy. My background includes extensive experience in crisis management and trauma treatment before transitioning to a full-time virtual private practice for adults. In addition to trauma work, I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety,
depression, anger management, and the challenges of life transitions. Through both therapeutic and coaching processes, I empower clients to tap into their inner resources and resilience while guiding them on a safe path of self-discovery.
The combination of psychotherapy, tapping, and yoga has provided me with the tools to cultivate self-acceptance and peace as the person I am today. One of my greatest joys is helping others resolve past issues and manage current stressors, ultimately leading them toward a life filled with more joy and contentment.
In my free time, I practice the same tools I share with my clients: yoga, meditation, tapping, and exercise. I also enjoy spending time with family, traveling, binge-watching comedies, volunteering at the local animal shelter, and participating in outdoor activities that don't require running. :)
